By booking an appointment with Hailie's Lash & Brow Bar, whether through our website link, Square booking page, or any other method, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit.

1. Booking & appointments

All appointments are booked through our third-party scheduling platform, Square, accessible via the link on our website. Appointment availability is subject to change. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification from Square.

Services currently offered include lash lifts, lash tinting, brow lamination, brow tinting, and brow shaping. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety concerns or a history of no-shows or late cancellations.

2. Cancellation & no-show policy

Please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% service fee, as this is how I provide for myself, and my time is reserved just for you. I truly understand that life happens, so please reach out as soon as you can!

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without any notice) are also subject to the 50% fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

3. Late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. Late arrivals will not receive a discount for shortened services.

4. Health, safety & contraindications

Your safety is our priority. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, eye conditions, medications, or recent procedures before your appointment.

  • Lash and brow services involve tints, lifting solutions, lamination products, and other chemical formulations. Allergic reactions, while rare, can occur.

  • A patch test may be recommended prior to tinting or lamination services, especially for first-time clients or those with known sensitivities.

  • We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if we believe it may pose a health or safety risk.

  • Hailie's Lash & Brow Bar is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or conditions.

5. Aftercare & results

Results from lash lifts, lash tinting, brow lamination, brow tinting, and brow shaping vary based on individual factors including hair texture, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.

Aftercare instructions will be provided following your service. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect the longevity and quality of your results. Hailie's Lash & Brow Bar is not responsible for premature fading or other issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

6. Refund policy

Due to the nature of beauty services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, your satisfaction matters. If you have a concern about your service, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to make it right.

7. Children & guests

For the comfort and focus of all clients, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service. Our space is designed to be a calm, relaxing environment for everyone.

8. Photography & social media

We may take before-and-after photos of your service for portfolio and social media use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your appointment begins. By remaining silent on this matter, you consent to photos being taken and used for business purposes.

9. Website & third-party links

Our website, hailielashbrowbar.com, serves as a general informational hub. Booking is handled through Square, a third-party platform with its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or security of third-party platforms linked from our website.

10. Limitation of liability

Hailie's Lash & Brow Bar shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or booking of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
